In July 2019, the Awabama family of 13 moved into their new seven-bedroom home on Loudon Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia.

Volunteers from st-pauls-salem participated in the "Apostle's Build" Habitat for Humanity project, providing "sweat equity" to help construct the house. The volunteer crew from St. Paul's included eight adults and one youth.
