On human kind

Our lesson for this morning is one of the familiar creation stories. This is not a scientific
explanation for the beginnings of the earth and its creatures. It is a theological account for why human
kind is like we are. On this the first Sunday of Lent, I wish to look with you at the nature of sin. Sin, that
little word that sometimes makes no sense in a world where, since I am OK, you must be okay. But I am getting ahead of my story.
